I think we must accept CCP does not want to any minmatar ship to be able to win 1v1 against any other ship of same class. So give us at least a way to use our ships! Don't want to give us our weapons? So give us 15 more ms on speed. Than we ccan...

To the people asking about the cap booster nessecity. Yes you do must need it!! That is the price for the much higher DPS you get from lasers and hybrinds when compared to projectiles. We dont have good DPS, good traclk and now don't have alpha...

Come on CCp. We are having several issues here but i will try to cover only a group the matar one. We have issues with arties loosing its AS.. maelstrombeing not very good... Amar ships with projectiles being better than mata with projectiles etc....

HUrricane is still a good ship, not THE GOOD SHIP, but good. Most minmatar pilots already have SP on both missiles and guns so tehy wont be affected.. this wil just prevent a mass of players cross training just to fly it. And will diminish thedem...
